Job description

The ServiceNow team at Sonova is a small global team responsible for developing and governing the company’s ServiceNow platform, supporting around 2,000 users worldwide. Working in a lean setup with a Product Owner and Developers, the team owns platform architecture, standards, and roadmap while partnering with external vendors for larger initiatives. The environment is ITSM-focused (CMDB, Asset Management, integrations) with a structured DEV–TEST–PROD model and regular upgrades, offering strong ownership and real impact on the platform’s evolution More about the role: - Configure and implement ITSM modules in collaboration with Global IT Service and Application Managers - Design and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automations, catalog items, and platform configurations - Manage ACLs, scripts, business rules, and day-to-day platform administration - Support users and coordinate with support teams and external partners - Participate in CAB and ensure security, compliance, and license planning - Contribute to ongoing improvements, maintenance, and ServiceNow projects More about you: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer - Degree in Business Administration, Computer...
