Summary: Customer Care Representatives respond to inquiries from policyholders, prospects, and coworkers through multiple channels of communication. Uses general insurance and jewelry knowledge gained through education and/or experience to promote personal jewelry insurance to potential policyholders and jewelers. Position involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
