The Role Linktree is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (AI & Technology) who operates like a product partner, not a gatekeeper. This role sits at the center of our AI strategy, working side-by-side with Product and Engineering to shape, build, and ship AI-powered features. You will not be a traditional reviewer of risk. You will be embedded in the product lifecycle, helping teams move faster by translating legal complexity into practical, buildable solutions. This role is ideal for a lawyer who thinks like an engineer: systems-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by solving novel problems at the intersection of AI, data, and product. As a member of the Legal team, you will act as a strategic operator, enabling the business to take smart risks and build responsibly at speed.
