Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $45.46/Hr. - CAD $65.35/Hr. Summary: Reporting to the Director, Spiritual Health & Pastoral Care, the CPE Supervisor and Practitioner contributes to the Clinical Psychospiritual Education (CPE) program within the framework of a Catholic Healthcare organization and in accordance with the PHC Mission, Vision, Values and Ethical Framework. The CPE Supervisor and Practitioner provides clinical spiritual services in collaboration with the interdisciplinary teams at assigned sites and is responsible for an engaged clinical presence as a practitioner as well as performing CPE responsibilities. Your duties will include: - Contributing to the development and implementation of a comprehensive, creative, and forward-thinking CPE program in alignment with the standards set by the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC). - Providing excellent CPE education for basic to advanced CPE students, including didactics, supervision, coaching, planning, and oversight of the program. - Participating in Spiritual Health and Pastoral Care team activities, including team meetings, Spiritual Health Week, retreats, and huddles. - Providing spiritual supp...
