The Position: The Associate Director, 3PL Regional Relationship Manager i s a key function in Organon. Organon has 2 Regional Distribution Centers (DC) in Belgium which operate as the warehouse for Heist but also consolidate volume from other manufacturing sites and ExMs along with also being the distribution center for the Benelux market. The position has multiple direct reports but is accountable for managing the entire outsourced activities in the DC which includes inbound, inventory management, along with transportation of shipments leaving the warehouse which combined accounts for over 60% of Organon’s global volume. The role is a mixture of operational and strategic management. We need someone with excellent leadership skills to drive improvements along with exceptional strength in communication and the ability to push the supplier forward with multiple initiatives.
