You will target property owners, operators, and developers to build a robust pipeline of opportunities ranging from individual properties to large, multi-site portfolios. Your focus will include negotiating and closing Bulk Agreements, Exclusive Marketing Agreements (EMA), Non-Exclusive Marketing Agreements (NEMA), and Access Agreements to maximize long-term revenue and customer penetration.
