This position may be located anywhere in the state of Oklahoma. Health Care Management Nurse: Annual Salary: Level I: - Y15A - $58,055.13 + Full State Employee Benefits Level II: - Y15B - $62,409.27 + Full State Employee Benefits Travel is occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. Minimum Qualifications: Level I: - Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse, as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) - Two years of professional nursing experience Level II: - Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license as a registered nurse, as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing or Registered Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) - Three years of professional nursing experience Job Responsibilities: - HCMN II will be assigned to intake. - This includes emergency placements, Child Welfare custody children going into residential settings with DDS, as well as participation in Housemate/Roommate meetings for recipients coming onto DDS Residential Services. - Reviewing and obtaining medical information and completing an initial Physical Status Review (PSR) for transitioning i...
