Job Description Fugro is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Business Development Manager within our Geophysics team to strengthen our presence in the UK and EUAF markets. This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role responsible for driving early engagement in pre‑construction, construction and asset maintenance phases, positioning Fugro as the trusted advisor of choice. In this role, you will work at the forefront of our Land Geophysics strategy whilst building long‑standing client relationships, identifying and shaping opportunities, and developing innovative value‑added solutions that integrate seamlessly with Fugro’s broader site characterisation offerings. You will be a key technical ambassador for ground‑based and infrastructure Geophysics and GroundIQ, engaging with clients to understand their challenges and translating these into compelling commercial proposals. You will collaborate closely across Business Development, commercial, technical and project delivery teams to develop winning strategies, influence proposal direction, and ensure continuity from pursuit through to successful delivery.
