Full Time: Nights: Shift: 5pm-1:30am w/ rotating weekends: #GENIND Job Summary: The Barista will serve visitors and hospital staff at Kiosks by making specialty coffee, frozen drinks and a variety of Grab-n-Go food items and snacks. They are responsible for merchandising, ordering, management of cash/credit card transactions, cleaning and sanitation. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit. Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year food service and/or retail food experience and/or demonstrated knowledge of food service or retail through education. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills and customer service awareness. Ability to learn Barista techniques in making specialty coffee drinks. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Greets customer(s) politely and very courteously, asking if they need help with a drink choice or a food selection.
