Department: 10422 AH at Home HH: Admin - Patient Access Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Schedule: Saturday and Sunday only - Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Position Type: Part-Time Weekend - Work Environment: Remote (Central Intake systems access required) - Department: Atrium Health at Home – Central Intake Pay Range: $22.90 - $34.35 Job Description: - Enter and process incoming referrals accurately into current software system - Support insurance workflow by adding authorization details and documenting eligibility updates within system scope - Identify and correct data entry errors to maintain accuracy and compliance - Communicate with team members to support timely referral processing - Maintain productivity standards while ensuring high level of data accuracy Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 1–2 years experience in healthcare, data entry, or intake operations preferred - Strong typing proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Ability to work independently in a remote weekend environment while maint...
