The Ceramic Coating Technician is responsible for the preparation, application, and finishing of ceramic coatings on RVs and passenger vehicles in accordance with NIRVC quality, safety, and production standards. This role supports the paint and body operation by specializing in surface preparation, paint correction, and ceramic application, allowing body and paint technicians to focus on core repair operations.
