About Optiml Optiml builds REDI — Real Estate Decision Intelligence software, an enterprise platform that models upgrade pathways and capital allocation decisions for real estate portfolios. Our clients include leading asset managers and insurers who use REDI to optimize capital allocation, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. To strengthen the strategic intelligence behind the platform, Optiml is building REDIˣ , the intelligence layer embedded within organization across Product and Go-to-market (GTM). REDIˣ combines optimization models, market intelligence, and portfolio analytics to help investors make better long-term decisions. By translating market signals—interest rates, energy prices, regulation, and technology costs—into portfolio strategies, REDIˣ enables horizon-aware decision intelligence for real estate investors.
