Minimum qualifications: - JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience. - 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm. - Experience advising clients in structuring commercial transactions. - Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in successfully performing in high stakes, high pressure environments. - Experience structuring, drafting and negotiating a range of complex commercial agreements (e.g., services, integrations, intellectual property licensing, co-development, etc.). - Ability to work proactively (not reactively) to help drive the business; coordinating across multiple functions (e.g., business development, product, engineering, supply chain, marketing, finance, compliance, HR) and lines of business.
