If so, join the Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub, where we work to reduce health inequalities by helping residents across Wiltshire to live healthier and more active lives. As a Health Coach, you will work as part of our team, providing one-to-one health coaching and delivering healthy lifestyle group programmes across the county. You will also work with colleagues across the Council and with community partners, contributing to broader projects enhancing the health and wellbeing of Wiltshire residents. We are looking for compassionate and self-motivated individuals with experience of community engagement and helping others to make positive behaviour change, to join our supportive and dynamic team. Good IT skills, accurate data recording, and the ability to manage your own time and caseload are essential.
