Your Role at Batesville: As a Warehouse Supervisor , you will be responsible for assisting the RDC/CSC Manager with the day-to-day operations and continual improvement of the facility and one other customer service center including performance metrics, developing talent, and sizing the organization appropriately to meet the market opportunity.
