Job Title Mechanic Mechatronic III Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY: The Mechanic Mechatronics (Floor Assembler) assembles equipment built based on a specification, work card, drawing and instruction. The Mechanic Mechatronics II prepares the work by collecting the parts together and determining the assembly sequence. The Mechanic Mechatronics is primarily expected to perform assembly work rapidly and accurately. Works Safely and according to health and safety regulations. This position reports to the Production Manager Essential Functions (Job Duties and Responsibilities): Read and follow blue prints, work instructions and procedures to assemble equipment. Determines assembly sequence. Retrieves, assemble and attaches component parts and sub-assemblies to products based on specs. Performs various hand assemblies, fitting and adjusting operations of a repetitive nature. Reworks non-conforming parts and product. Adjusts the equipment according to the drawing and instructions Assembles all drive line technologies and electrical wiring circuits according to a specification, drawing and instruction.
