Business Operations Analyst

Job description

The Business Operations Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across Commercial Operations and the broader organization. This role is responsible for transforming complex, multi-source data into actionable insights that improve go-to-market performance, customer retention, operational efficiency, and compensation accuracy. As a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, and Engineering, this individual will manage and optimize data flows across systems including Salesforce.com , Totango, Pendo, and Zuora. The role will contribute to getting data into and out of the company’s data warehouse and translates it into scalable Power BI reporting solutions. In addition to business analytics, this role will lead process automation initiatives particularly around Sales & CS compensation operations, compensation data validation, and performance tracking ensuring accuracy, transparency, and operational efficiency.
