Position Summary: The Digital Workplace (DWP) Enterprise Architect (EA) plays a strategic role in shaping and evolving the enterprise digital workplace by deeply understanding the relationships between people, processes, platforms, and intelligent technologies. This role is responsible for defining and governing current and future-state architectures that align with enterprise strategy, with a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI Agents and Agentic AI patterns, Microsoft Power Platform, M365, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams Rooms, endpoint management and workforce mobility solutions. The Digital Workplace EA partners closely with business and IT leadership to drive a modern, intelligent, and secure digital workplace ecosystem.
