Job Summary The Transportation Compliance Manager engages with Operations teams across Canada to ensure all sites meet transportation compliance standards and supports driver performance management. This role is responsible for the oversight of Provincial and Federal motor carrier regulations, ensuring the company maintains compliant driver and maintenance files. Utilizing telematics tools such as GeoTab and Lytx, the Manager tracks driver performance, monitors compliance trends, and provides technical support to field leadership to minimize risk and ensure regulatory adherence. Essential Functions: - Compliance Oversight: Evaluate, monitor, and identify driver compliance issues, addressing non-compliance directly with field operations and EHS leadership. - Regulatory Liaison: Monitor and ensure compliance with Provincial and Federal Commercial Motor Carrier regulations (Highway Traffic Acts and National Safety Code standards). - Information Support: Manage internal and external reporting, including providing driver licensing data for insurance renewals and 3rd party external compliance reporting. - Safety Management System (SMS): Oversee Driver Qualification Files within the inter...
