Services are provided on-site and through telehealth. JOB SUMMARY: Responsible direct oversight of the day-to-day operations of PIHC Pharmacy. Ensures standards of quality, productivity and performance in accordance with PIHC Pharmacy Policy and Procedures in compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies and upholding integrity of 340B program. Uses problem-solving skills, tact, and discretion to direct the pharmacy’s delivery of pharmaceutical care. Ensures pharmacy personnel are scheduled and staffed to maintain high quality pharmacy services; trains, coaches, counsels, and conduct disciplinary functions as appropriate.
