RWE Americas, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Project Management; Engineering; Project Development Remuneration: Exempt The Director, PreConstruction, oversees the mid to late-stage project lifecycle to ensure renewable energy projects are optimized, de‑risked, and fully prepared for handoff to Execution. This role manages a regional team responsible for engineering, estimating, scheduling, contracting, and cross‑functional alignment to support a high‑value project pipeline. The position drives strategic improvements to the preconstruction operating model, strengthens technical and project management capabilities across the team, and provides clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Additionally, this leader serves as a key interface with EPCs, EORs, Development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality project delivery across the portfolio.
