Your Role As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading day-to-day laboratory operations while supporting team development, quality, and safety. You will ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality data on time, while optimizing resources and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop laboratory staff (recruitment, performance management, training, career development) - Plan and allocate resources (staffing, equipment, supplies) to meet operational needs - Ensure laboratory processes meet regulatory and quality standards - Monitor productivity, efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Support budgeting and strategic planning with leadership - Act as a technical resource for internal teams and clients - Maintain strong collaboration with internal stakeholders - Promote and maintain a positive, safe, and compliant work environment - Ensure compliance with HSE policies and applicable legislation - Conduct safety meetings, PPE audits, and workplace inspections - Support internal and external audits - Ensure adherence to SOPs and reduce non-conformances What You Bring: - B.Sc., technical diploma, or equivalent exper...
