LOCATION: Tooele, UT SHIFT: Weekday Nights, Sunday-Thursday, 6:30 PM-7:00 AM, subject to change based on business need Job Summary: The Maintenance Lead is responsible for performing repairs on all machinery and equipment throughout the plant and is also accountable for minor administrative functions including assigning work orders and work order time recording. Shift is Monday-Thursday, 5:00 PM-5:00 AM . No travel required . Duties and Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and repair equipment - evaluate equipment operation and perform necessary action when malfunction occurs, or improvements are needed. - Performs preventive maintenance activities as dictated by work schedule. - Administration-distribute work orders, process/ summarize work order data, initiate purchase requisitions, utilize equipment and process documentation. - Keep MDI Board current and up to date. - Comply and participate regulatory, Carlisle, And departmental policies, procedures, and standards (PSM, safety protocols, COS) - Provide training to Maintenance technicians I & II & III as needed. - Articulate to vendors/engineer’s machine issue to resolve technical issues. - Handle and audit preventative maintenance p...
