About the role: The Business Development Specialist will support Mercer’s Commercial Acceleration Team (CAT) in business development and account management activities. This role involves identifying prospective clients and proposing solutions within Mercer’s Career business offering, with a particular focus on Workforce & Organization Transformation, Rewards, Digital Transformation, Talent Strategy, and Change Management. Key responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities for Mercer in collaboration with Marsh Group’s other businesses; Identify and engage prospective clients through a variety of channels and methods, including cold calls, email campaigns, networking events, referrals, and marketing leads; Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to the development and delivery of sales campaigns; prepare commercial proposals for both standard and more complex, innovative solutions; develop RFP presentations and responses that address the complex needs of HR functions and organizations across small and large client ac...
