We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead who thrives on challenges, inspires teams, and delivers results that matter. PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Warehouse Lead is a Senior site leader responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of all warehousing, yard, and internal transportation activities supporting the Kansas City manufacturing facility. This role has end-to-end ownership of finished goods, inbound and outbound logistics; production confirmations; and warehouse capacity and storage optimization. The Warehouse Lead is a core member of the plant leadership team with full accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance.
