Job Description: Packing Process Engineer D4C (Sustainability & Recycling) (f/m/x) at Royal Canin Location: Niepołomice (work on-site): Are you passionate about process improvement and sustainability? Join Mars as a Packaging Process Engineer and play a key role in delivering the circular pack transition at the site level. In this position, you will coordinate and facilitate all operations linked to pack transition, assess impacts on factory activity and resources, and drive continuous improvement. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver plans on time, mitigate the impact of changes, control NQC generation, and reduce environmental impacts . What will be your key responsibilities? Lead and support trials and technical improvements according to the regional plan. Create and manage local project dashboards, define KPIs, and analyze results. Build action plans based on KPI evaluation and measure efficiency. Support QFS team in addressing customer complaints related to circular packages. Animate master data validation workflow at the factory level and ensure timely updates.
