Remote Based. Strongly prefer candidates on within EST or CT timezones About the Role: BigPanda is seeking an experienced Senior Value Delivery Manager (VDM) to join our Professional Services team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention. VDMs lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across Observability, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Operations. They must quickly understand each customer’s IT support model, uncover their greatest pain points, and prioritize delivery of iterative outcomes that reinforce trust in BigPanda’s products and expertise.
