Incumbent will ensure the following: coordination and follow through on collection of monthly houses, land lease, rental and other housing related payments owed the Tribe; unit inspections, follow-up inspections, enforcement of lease and policy violations; monitoring of program budgets, and waiting lists; processing termination notices, including representing the Department in Tribal Court. Incumbent keeps the Director informed of all supervised program activities and related problems.
