Assistant Manager Dive - Full Time, Dive Bar (Harrah's SoCal)

Job description

Responsible for the successful day to day operation of DIVE “The Pool” to include; any other brand marketing experience at DIVE. - Responsible for the supervision of all staff members - Ensures that proper staffing and service levels are maintained - Responsible for sales and reservations of pool amenities, including cabanas, bar and food service, hot tubs and VIP bottle service - Must ensure flawless food and beverage service. - Ensures staff members are making timely follow-up calls to all VIP pool guests to ensure satisfaction and to cultivate repeat business - Works with the sales team supporting poolside banquet events - Actively solicits new clientele; continuously evaluates and identifies potential business from existing and new clients. - Up-sells amenities to existing guests. - Responsible for cleanliness, organization, exceptional guest service and safe operating condition of DIVE as well as all branded experiences - Supports poolside promotions and events, helps in planning, set up and execution - Responsible for building and maintaining operating statements as well as building annual capital requests. - Required to achieve plan budget to include managing labor within bu...
