The Service & Team: Team Manager in the Health Visitor Leadership Team. This is a countywide position, the base and team will be determined by success at Interview. The Role: Team Managers, are responsible for the direct line management of the staff and delegation within Public Health Nursing teams. They will coordinate the effectiveness of team performance and service provision. The post holder is accountable for client care; ensuring clients receive the correct level of care according to need. This role requires high levels of professional skill, to lead on early interventions, so children are prepared for attending settings and ready to learn. Leadership and flexibility with the ability to lead a Health Visiting skill mix team. The post holder will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of caseloads in an integrated area, including directly performing daily triage and allocation of work whilst maintaining a wide-ranging clinical component. Lead, manage and supervise their staff within an integrated area.
