We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role supports financial planning, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization. The ideal candidate will help drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and partnering with operational leaders to support business objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collects and analyzes financial and cost data, estimates costs, and monitors changes through highly complex Excel worksheets. - Determines standard costs and investigates variances. - Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, prepares month end journal entries and reconciliations for cost and inventory. - Ensures that all relevant product costs have been captured and are checked. - Develop and maintain regional management report and KPI - Plays key role on the preparation of monthly and annual reporting. - Monitor...
