Bilingual Care Coordinator – Wraparound Team Hiring Range: $28.62 - $34.22 per hour (includes WISe Differential) Speech and writing fluency in both English and Spanish Required Benefits: General Summary of Duties : The execution of the following tasks requires fluency in both Spanish and English languages as well as being informed and responsive across different communities and cultures. The Care Coordinator functions as a member of a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating the clinical skill and experience to plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program clients. A Care Coordinator also provides education, consultation to families, and crisis intervention services to clients assigned to the team. Supervisory Responsibilities : None Major Responsibilities/Tasks : Minimum Qualifications : BILINGUAL: Spanish and English Fluency Required EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, social services, or behavioral health field.
