About the team You’ll be joining the Retail, Supply Chain and Logistics Finance team, partnering closely with our Retail Omnichannel and Logistics Transformation function. The team sits at the centre of some of the most strategic decisions across the retail operation, supporting major transformation programmes focused on delivering sustainable cost savings while protecting customer experience and long‑term performance. More about the role: As Finance Manager – Retail Cost Transformation, you will act as the key Finance Business Partner to the Director of Transformation and their leadership team. You’ll provide insightful analysis, constructive challenge, and commercial guidance to influence decisions around operating costs, investment choices, and delivery of savings targets.
