Trade Sales Consultant Orange County, CA: Pella Corporation is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Trade Sales Consultant to grow and manage customer relationships in a dynamic, field‑based sales role. What You’ll Do: Achieve sales goals by delivering tailored solutions and market expertise Spend 50%+ of time in the field meeting with current and prospective customers Build long‑term relationships with builders, contractors, architects, remodelers, and trade organizations Develop new business through networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face meetings Partner with customers to help grow their businesses and ensure high satisfaction Compensation & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 plus three months guaranteed commission plus uncapped commission, and reflects factors such as experience, skills, certifications, education, location, and market conditions.
