We are currently hiring for three full time shifts: Day: 6:00 am – 4:30pm Night: 5:00 pm – 3:30 am Weekend: 5:00 am – 5:00 pm W HAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Assemble and install TRACHTE metal building components including structural framing, wall and roof panels, doors, windows, HVAC units, and support steel Perform MIG welding (GMAW / FCAW) on structural steel and light ‑ gauge components Weld in multiple positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead Cut, grind, prep, and fabricate metal components using torches, plasma cutters, grinders, and other fabrication tools Read and interpret structural blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols to determine fit ‑ up and weld requirements Measure, layout, fit, and align components using tape measures, squares, levels, and other layout tools Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure they meet TRACHTE quality, safety, and structural standards Safely operate forklifts, o...
