We’re looking for an Experience Designer to champion the user voice and help shape the Experience Architecture practice at Digital Technology Solutions (DTS). - Work on enterprise-level platforms and services that impact a large and diverse user base - Actively shape decision-making by embedding user insights into business and architectural outcomes. - Lead the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research through to delivery and continuous improvement The role: As part of our Experience Architecture practice within Digital Technology Solutions, the Experience Designer role plays a key role in embedding human-centred design into the development and delivery of enterprise platforms and products. Reporting to the Experience Architecture Lead, this is an opportunity to influence how we design, deliver, and continuously improve digital experiences at scale.
