The PENTA Building Group is searching for Senior Project Managers to join our team in Las Vegas, NV ! A PENTA Senior Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of the project team; and, in conjunction with the Project Superintendent, assumes overall responsibility and accountability for the success of the project. The position entails oversight of the Project Engineers on the team and managing the contractual relationship between the subcontractors and PENTA. A PENTA Senior Project Manager will also: - Operate as the main point of contact with Owner and design teams, maintaining clear and timely communication and developing a strong professional relationship. - Develop and tailor project specific responsibilities for project team. - Responsible for initiating and maintaining a positive team morale and setting the tone for an enjoyable work environment. - Complete project startup checklist, and develop, implement, and assign activities. - Set up and oversee document control process, and monitor throughout process and close out. - Run OAC meetings and project team meetings, addressing higher level and complex items. - Consolidate the contract estimate into the...
