Job Summary: 24-hour responsibility for the Sterile Processing service which includes decontamination, packaging, sterilization and return of reprocessed supplies and instruments to Prisma Health departments to support quality patient care. Responsible for personnel management and cost-effective utilization of resources. Participates in development of the annual budget for the department including needs for capital and personnel resources. Monitors actual expenditures to determine variance with budget and recommend/implement changes to operate within the budget.
