About the Role Vitro Architectural Glass is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer (Maintenance) to join our Carlisle, PA facility. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant equipment, supporting production goals, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Provide electrical engineering support for maintenance and installation of plant equipment. - Lead and manage projects involving process control systems, power distribution, and equipment upgrades. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve electrical and process control needs. - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. - Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets. - Participate in monthly safety meetings and promote a culture of safety and quality.
