. About the role: As an Underground Truck Operator/Nipper, you’ll be a key player in our underground mining team, supporting both Development and Production cycles. Your day-to-day will include: You’ll report to the Mining Shift Supervisor and work closely with a range of stakeholders including Foremen, Superintendents, Technical Services, and Maintenance teams. - Operating underground dump trucks and heavy diesel equipment - Supporting Jumbo Operators with ground support installation - General mine services and housekeeping - Identifying and managing safety hazards About you: What you’ll bring: This roster is 7:7 and a 12 hour day. These roles are residential to Kalgoorlie - Currently located within the goldfields region - Min of 6 months previous underground experience with valid RPL's for Truck Operation / Nippering - A valid manual Driver’s Licence - Solid understanding of safe work procedures - Good communication and observation skills - Familiarity with JSA and Take 5 systems About us: From humble beginnings in 2011, Evolution Mining is now a leading gold producer, operating six mines across Australia and Canada.
