Demonstrates deep expertise in the CPG industry, grocery retail landscape, and broader marketplace dynamics. Builds and maintain strong, strategic relationships across retailer functions, including Operations, Merchandising, Shopper Marketing, and Executive Leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for retailer leadership, delivering best practices, innovative solutions, financial overviews, and meaningful engagement. Represents CROSSMARK with the highest level of professionalism, reinforcing brand credibility and partnership value. Maintains a strong growth mindset, proactively driving sales while identifying and developing new service opportunities that enhance revenue, profitability, and long-term business impact. Owns and is accountable for all controllable aspects of the regional P&L, including revenue, payroll, and T&E management. Provides strong, values-driven leadership to a team of up to 15 direct reports, including Team Leaders and Customer Business Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth, collaboration, and ethical standards.
