Neegan Burnside Ltd. is growing, and we’re excited to welcome an Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer to our Orangeville team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people and projects, someone who is ready to play an active role in shaping our Land Development and Municipal Engineering services and mentoring future engineering leaders. As a trusted partner to our clients, you’ll collaborate with a strong, multidisciplinary team and make a tangible impact on community infrastructure. What You’ll Do: - Lead a wide range of land development and municipal engineering projects as a Lead Engineer or Project Manager. - Work closely with senior leadership to advance business development efforts and expand our civil engineering presence in the region. - Bring strong design input early in project planning to drive successful outcomes. - Oversee detailed design and reporting for stormwater management, roadways, water distribution, sanitary and storm collection systems, lot grading, and site plans. - Guide, mentor, and support the growth of junior team members. - Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication and project delivery. - Pr...
