Logistics Manager Department: Distro: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Maryland - Columbia: Reporting To: Regional Distribution Manager: Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 / year Description: Summary: The Logistics Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, driving flawless execution of Zia's go-to-market strategy through leadership of the Logistics Support Team, market knowledge, and local compliance and regulations. They will be responsible for setting standards and coordinating functions through clear communication within their team, while working closely with the Sales and Distribution leaders to ensure all functions are achieved. They will be an integral part in the hiring, training, and development of employees, and must be able to work a flexible schedule.
