JOB DESCRIPTION: The Opportunity Working under the direction of the Supervisor, the Material Coordinator will be responsible for guiding the workflow of materials and assists answering questions from front line workers. This role requires floor presence, strong organizational skills, as well as effective communication and analytical skills. What You'll Do: - Provides front line guidance to the operation to achieve prescribed objectives - Teaches and trains new associates on warehouse execution system and forklift or other equipment. Coach and mentor operators and other peers on enhancing their capabilities and increasing productivity.
