The Sr Project Manager is a critical senior agile and project management role within the Commercial and Digital Change team that works to drive business, technology and data delivery within the Commercial Bank. The successful candidate will work closely with the business, technology, data and operations senior leadership and a variety of other stakeholders across Citizens Bank. The role requires a strong understanding of technology, tactical direction, change facilitation and project leadership across a variety of client and colleague-enhancing transformation opportunities, including: client experience, colleague engagement, workflow optimization, automation, AI/ML, data analytics, digitization, APIs, all within Commercial Banking journeys. This is a highly visible role suited to an experienced and adaptable candidate with a proven track record of successful technology consultation, data understanding, strong execution and delivery and exceptional relationship building.
