2nd shift role with 10% differential. Full or Part Time hours available! Job Summary: Responsible for supervision and production of 2nd shift CNC department. Provide technical support to machines operators. Operate and setup CNC Swiss Lathe Machines to fabricate precision components parts. Reporting To: Production Manager Essential Job Functions: - Supervise 2nd shift personnel and maintaining high quality and level of production. - Operates and sets up CNC Lathe machines. - Provide technical support to 2nd shift machine operators. - Select and install cutting tools, tool holders, fixtures, and other accessories according to specifications - Appropriately modify or edit programs. - Make appropriate offsets and adjustments to tools. - Read and interpret blueprints. - Properly use calipers, veneers, and thread gauges. - Complete required inspection checks. - Properly and safely load and unload machines. - Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machines. - Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner. - Utilize and abide by all safety procedures. - Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions.
