Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: : Ensures that TPI's Mission, Vision and Values are fulfilled and enforced Ensure that the processes of the Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, ISO 45000) are maintained and improved. - Responsible to ensure safety standard are follow, including correct use of equipment & PPE (Zero accidents goals) - Oversees and support EHS behavior & initiatives. - Utilize quality matrix to improve First Pass Yield /Defect reduction. . - Responsible to monitor & support the correct performance of Tier 1 & Tier 2 & escalate as necessary. - Responsible to monitor & ensure the correct utilization of resources, ex. Raw materials, tools, & personnel. - Responsible to evaluate & develop the supervisor performance, comply with TPI one SMART goal setting & performance on time reviews. - Build team work and engagement within the TPI core values & IDEA. - Foster & promote continuous improvement culture & cost out projects applying Lean tools. - Monitor and approve personnel time & attendance to avoid manufacturing impact.
