The Opportunity: EY’s Canada Tax & Law Technology Group (CTTG) is seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Manager – AI Agents to play a critical role in shaping and delivering our next generation of AI-enabled solutions. This role is focused on the design, orchestration, and delivery of AI agents and intelligent workflows that transform how Tax & Law services are delivered across Canada. This is not a traditional software developer role (though candidates with development experience are welcome). Instead, we are looking for a senior technology professional who understands artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and modern delivery models—and who is equally fluent in engaging business leaders. You will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, translating strategy, requirements, processes, and workflows into scalable AI-driven solutions.
