Job Details: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Maintenance Generalist: Rotating schedule of 3-day and 4-day workweeks with 12-hour shifts. Pay ranges from $24.10 to $30.15 per hour, depending on experience. Functions: o To maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture o Receive training as required o Perform various positions as required/assigned o Assist maintenance supervisor with personnel and equipment o Assign maintenance techs to equipment during process periods o Assist with preventative maintenance and breakdowns o Train maintenance techs on equipment o Utilize computer-based PM program to track equipment maintenance o Fill in for absenteeism or assisting in other areas of plant Description: This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
