WHO WE ARE: The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 120 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Stylist who enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and as a team and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible! RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create an excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude - Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products - Understand and promote products and memberships - Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services - Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs - Maintain a clean and sterile work environment REQUIRED SKILLS: - Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license preferred - Customer service focused - Reliable transportation - Strong work ethic - Initiates self-learning and is comfo...
